Summary

The book presents practical steps to develop new habits or to break undesirable ones. Many ideas from the book can be traced back to social psychological theories, including Premackโ€™s Principle, Identity Based Motivation (IBM), The Diderot Effect and the Law of the Instrument.

  • make it easy
  • make it satisfying
