I find the below tips work for me.

The 3-2-1 rule
Count 3-2-1 and then start!
The Do Something Principle
Do something, anything!
Purge your physical & digital surroundings
Possessions don’t mean rich. They weigh you down.
Stare at one thing for 60 seconds
Re-centre when your inner clarity is disturbed.
Confront your distractions before working
Move them out of sight.
