I am not convinced that the Rule of Three is a magical spell that can turn a dull tomb into a fascinating read. However, many real-world examples support this claim: The Three Musketeers, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Three Little Pigs and many more. This feels more like a practice you can implement to crystallise one important writing principle: succinct, concise and catchy. Hey, look! I just used the rule of three!
